Central NY man charged after road rage and crash in Madison County

Sullivan, NY — A Chittenango man faces multiple charges after pointing what looked like a handgun at other drivers and crashing his car Sunday morning in the town of Sullivan, troopers said.
State Police said the rollover accident happened on Fyler Road near the intersection of Devaul Road at about noon Sunday.
Troopers said they spoke to other drivers who reported the man, Gary Moth, 54, drove up from behind and began driving erratically. They told police Moth appeared to be pointing a black handgun at them as he passed.
